Keep more of every booking
The large online travel agencies commonly take 15 to 25 percent of each reservation, and the big restaurant platforms add a per-cover fee on top of their monthly charge. We charge a flat subscription plus the commission printed on this page, on completed bookings that come from us, and nothing per cover. Every rate on this page is the rate you pay.
Your inventory, your prices
You enter your own rooms, tables, or ticket tiers, with your own prices, capacity, and cancellation terms, and you change any of them whenever you like. You write the listing text yourself, so nothing is scraped from a review site. There is no rate parity clause telling you what to charge on your own website.
Read by a person before it is approved
An editor reviews every listing before it is approved, so the catalogue does not fill up with duplicates and abandoned pages. We also do not invent numbers about you: until real guests review you here, your listing carries no rating and no review count at all.

Prices are in US dollars and billed monthly. Commission is charged only on completed bookings that originate on ProAI Hotels. You can cancel at any time and your listing stays in place until the end of the period you have paid for.

Tell us the business, the city, and which plan fits. It takes about two minutes and needs no documents up front.
We verify
We confirm the business exists, that you can speak for it, and that the address and contact details are real before anything is approved or billed.
Build the listing
Add rooms, tables or ticket tiers with your own prices and availability, and write the description in your own words. You can edit all of it later.
Review and approval
An editor reads the listing and either approves it or tells you what to change. Public placement opens as the marketplace switches from sample inventory to partner inventory, and we will not tell you a listing is live before it is.
Before you apply, the honest version
ProAI Hotels is a new platform. We are not going to quote you a booking volume we cannot yet prove, and we will never invent a star rating or a review count for your business. Until real guests have reviewed you here, your listing carries no rating at all.
The inventory shown across the public site today is sample inventory, clearly labelled as such everywhere it appears. Partner listings are the real thing: your prices, your availability, your words. Public placement for them is not switched on yet, so an approved listing sits ready in your console rather than on a public page, and we will say so plainly until that changes.
